I had been struggling with my ball striking for months before asking Sandra for help. She made a few simple corrections in my set-up, which allowed my swing to find its way back to me. She had me focus on my pre-shot routine and this got my mind on the target and out of my own mental maze of "swing thoughts" which were tying me up in knots. I couldn't believe it could be that easy and actually, giving up all my mental noise has not been easy and it requires a lot of discipline to not go back to old bad habits, but with Sandy's help I plan on sticking with the basics. The results have been outstanding.
That was a lot of fun yesterday. Art Sellinger was amazing. He put on a great show. Thanks so much for taking such good care of us golf fanatics. I hope to be out there more often in the future. It's a great facility with such a nice staff.
